In this paper, a new idea on the enterprise relative diathesis evaluation approach has been proposed based on the other evaluation theory and approach, which is based on balanced scorecard and together with diathesis-decided dynamic principle, and thus combined the operation surroundings with the enterprise relative diathesis evaluation effectively. Then the evaluation model is proposed with the weighted-numbers decided by the entropy. In the last, a positive research about information public listed corporation has been employed during 2000 through 2006, and illustrating the application of relative diathesis evaluation model.
