Abstract :
The paper is focused on transmission of video and audio from mobile reporting teams back to their television headquarters. Based on experience made with German broadcasters and tests performed by TransTel of Hamburg, the limitations and remaining options for very-narrow-band transmissions through small satellite terminals are explained
