Abstract
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the most useful experimental technique in DNA computing. We improve the reliability of PCR by adjusting the PCR protocol. Quality engineering makes efficient adjustment possible. We especially try to design a common protocol for improving the reliability of PCR in various reaction mixtures
