Abstract :
This paper deals with description of problem with nonlinearity of 2D triangulation scanners based on oscillating mirrors, used in system for measurement of diameter and ovality of the rolled tubes. It shows attempts to field software calibration of scanners, based on multiple measurements of calibration devices and comparison between measured data and required shape.
