This paper will analyze the market structure, conduct, performance in the Dongjian industry of Zizhong County by the classic SCP analysis framework. The analysis show that the market structure of “Zizhong Dongjian” industrialization is the competitive market structure and there is a high degree of competition. For the specific industrial structure of “Zizhong Dongjian” Industryalization, this paper pointed the industrialization should take effective mergers and acquisitions, strengthen the development of new products, expand sales channels, the government should increase support measures.
