On the use of measurements in moment method solutions

Abstract :
A method that includes measurements in the computation of an admittance matrix for MM (moment method) solutions to EM problems is described. A correction is applied to an MM solution to improve the prediction performance of the MM model. The solution is numerically practical for any problem for which an MM solution is practical. The only requirement is that the MM implementation be capable of modeling the target and measurement geometry. Some applications of this method might be to improve complex material modeling, calibrate MM feedback models, or better MM solutions when the evaluation is based on measurements.<>
