The storm of compensation concession leads to the explosion of many problems in the management of top-management compensation in Chinese listed companies, such as supervision, information publishment, decision-making mechanism in compensation, levels and differences of compensation, compensation culture and risk, and so on. However, it will be a systems engeneering to solve these problems and to rationalize the top management compensation, and needs efforts from all sides, mainly including: to legalize and emotionalize and rationalize the supervision by the government and trade departments, to improve the system of compensaton management in the listed companies, and to cultivate the value of top-management compensation based on the social responsibility.
