Abstract :
The article deals with the web service, which is proposed to support specific thermochemical calculations. Creation of mathematical models and their use in process control of the raw materials processing requires extensive support of thermochemical calculations. In the beginning of the article is introduced analysis of the current state of software tools as a support for thermochemical calculation. According to the current trends, the web service seems to be the most suitable form of support. Described are the basic thermochemical calculations relevant to chemical reactions and their binding to thermochemical properties, which are also offered by an existing web service. In the next part of this article is a brief proposal of a web service. Described are also the possibilities of using web services as the PHP client and web application that allows you to test and visualize the results of thermochemical calculations. In the end of the article are provided concrete examples of using the web service for the characteristic reactions of the raw materials processing.
