After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Many studies indicated that Cyber-Deviant Behavior (CDB) has become a crucial management problem in the workplace. This study reviewed theoretical and experimental researches on CDB from the following aspects: the concept and development of CDB, the dimension and category of CDB and the influencing factors. Furthermore, the study suggested that CDB´s research in China should take Chinese cultural background into consideration, intensify empirical study for prevention of CDB and enhance the scientificity of research methodology in the future.
