Abstract :
An existing network video monitoring system has already realized putting independent video sources online, to monitor, manage and share resources in unison, in use of IP-based network. With the popularization of wireless network, system should resolve the bandwidth bottleneck in order for good of support for wireless video´s uploading technology. So as to improve user experience, it is very important to choose the right moment for video´s uploading. This paper gives out the problems of how to resolve this bandwidth bottleneck in an existing system, and designs by analyses a new streaming server to build a new generation mobile network video monitoring system.
