Abstract :
Knowledge flow model is helpful for the project manager to understand and manage knowledge flow in the life cycle of the project. The basic equation of the model is simple and easy to use. However, the knowledge flow in any project is a complex assembly of many units of the basic equation. In addition, the dynamic and non-linear characteristics of the model make it very challenge to the project manager. Careful planning and staffing at the initiation of the project and adjusting the structure of the knowledge flow are essential for the success of the project. Optimum flow structure is to put right people to right position at the right time.
