    Effective CSR practices can lead to superior human resource management effectiveness. Nevertheless, the mechanism between these two has not been carefully identified. Using the survey data, the paper examines the relationship among CSR practices, organization trust and human resource management effectiveness. The results from structural equation analysis indicate that the effective CSR practices can increase the interpersonal trust, system trust. And organization trust can enhance the human resource management effectiveness.
