Abstract :
This paper presents a new approach to the description and identification of nonlinear systems by using look-up tables that represent the differential equation corresponding to the identified system. The measurement of these look-up tables and the identification of their structure are discussed. Finally, an important application of this description method is presented: the compensation of arbitrary nonlinearities by means of the inverse system
