The development of low carbon in the various countries economy has become an important strategy for sustainable economic development options, but China has also established the road of the development of low-carbon economy, our response to global climate change has also made a series of efforts, carbon finance has become booster of low-carbon economy development. But there are still many problems in the development. The article in view of low-carbon economic development in barrier, through profits from the overseas development experience of carbon finance, proposes practical and feasible measure and the suggestion to promote our country low-carbon economic development of the financial innovation
