Based on the assessments and experience of policy practice of coordination development between eco-civilization construction and regional economy home and abroad, this paper analyses main policies of coordination development between ecological civilization construction and regional economy with policy matrix. It is shown that policy matrix can be divided into three kinds: “two types and three objects” “three mechanisms and three objects” “three mechanisms and four types”. Meanwhile, this paper probes into such issues as contents, reasons, practice, effectiveness, obstacles of the policies.
