The premise and foundation of organization management begin with the assumption of humanity. Authors think that humanity is composed of inwardness, mental disposition and habit. Authors believe that humanity is a process of tending to “truthfulness, benevolence and forbearance”. On this basis, limitations and problems of “doctrine of good human nature”, “doctrine of evil human nature” and “doctrine of neutral human nature” are pointed out, and it is also indicated that humanity is different from human inwardness. Inwardness is innate, immutable. Humanity has moral attributes, it is tending to inwardness having characteristic of “truthfulness, benevolence and forbearance”. The depravity of person is a process and result that inwardness is beclouded by mental disposition and habit; family, school and society have the responsibility, the fundamental reason lies in oneself.
