Abstract :
Transmission and transformation is an important part of National Electric Power building, with the scope of this paper, the life cycle management assessment was considered as a multi criteria decision problem. A model aiming the usage of analytic network process (ANP) in the program selection is developed owning to the evaluation of the relations between the transmission and transformation project criteria in a feedback systematic.
