Abstract :
No.7 signaling is used to transfer signaling and control information between network nodes in ISDN, intelligent network and mobile network. It also uses ATM-based B-ISDN signaling network. In the beginning of B-ISDN, broadband network services must co-operate with the existing narrowband services. In this paper, we consider No.7 signaling network capabilities in B-ISDN and discuss interworking consideration in the point of each layer. We suggest simple interworking scenarios to support circuit-related and non-circuit-related services
