  • Abstract
The paper proposes a SPICE compatible model of a dual-gate bilayer graphene field effect transistor (FET) that models the channel´s dependence to temperature. The model ensures Jacobian continuity across the various regions of operation for efficient implementation in the Berkeley SPICE simulator. Using a validated transistor, the developed graphene FET library is used to design both a voltage amplifier and a frequency doubler circuit. The model has been validated against published experimental data and shows a good agreement.
