Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Based on the components of psychological committee members´ assessment and investigation from several Chinese colleges, the results showed that psychological committee members´ assessment has stepped into rapid, but differentiated development across colleges; training and motivation were highly valued compared with inspection and institutionalization. We suggested establishing the three-dimensional stereo model of assessment.
