From graduate student´s own angle, the article utilizes the basic principle of behavioral economics to analyze graduate student and tutor´s “irrational” cognitive behaviors and the inherent mechanism of its producing existing in the process of “mutual selecting”, and then offer a new method for improving the graduate student´s training and management level.
