With the aim to encourage and promote the development of new energy vehicles in auto power, China has also introduced a number of policy priorities to advance the development of electric vehicles. Base on a clarification of the concept of new energy vehicles in China, the paper poses a countermeasure to further promote new energy vehicles in China.
