Abstract :
Based on the research on basic theory of SHRM, we have brought forward theoretical model of SHRM. At the same time, we have advanced four characters and functions of the model, including dynamic integration between corporate strategy and HRM strategy, the RHM system based on the performance core, the general equilibrium between financial index and growth index, and positive response on the stimulation to the change of circumstance of HRM system.
