Abstract
Whole-body phantoms are required to optimize the design and performance of hand-held, body-mounted, wearable, or portable wireless telecommunication equipment. Where the assessment of electromagnetic exposure is required, the phantom is a hollow shell filled with tissue equivalent material; solid tissue-equivalent material can be used in all other cases.
