After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Taking the road of sustainable agricultural development to ensure food security and agro-ecological security is a severe problem that the world´s agricultural development faces and is also the fundamental strategy of China´s present and future agricultural development. This paper carries out Game Analysis of farmers and the government during Chinese agricultural sustainable development. The results indicate that under the present actual situation in China, Nash equilibrium is that the government chooses not to monitor and supervise farmers´ production behavior and farmers choose not to adopt sustainable production methods. According to the analysis, proposals are given.
