Abstract
This paper is the second in a series of papers in which a general mathematical theory of, and control design algorithms for, multivariable set-point regulation problems for MIMO linear dynamical systems is developed. In this paper, the class of "output" setpoint regulation problems is considered and a unique formulation of the (output set-point) regulation problem as a "subspace-stabilization control" problem is developed
