  • Abstract
    This paper reviews the CMOS photonics technology developed and commercialized by Luxtera. IC design and CMOS integration methodologies are highlighted and the performance of Luxtera´s newest 4×14Gbps and 4×25Gbps transceiver chips is discussed.
