In today´s highly developed society, we are faced with many choices or decision-making problems, and a number of socio-economic factors influencing the choice of these decisions. For effective decision-making, people simulate the human brain´s neural network works, and establish a learning model, which can take fully advantage of experiential knowledge accumulation and find the optimal solution and minimize the error between the actual value and the best.
