To improve the success ratio of entrepreneurships, firstly, this paper, from the perspectives of rational distribution and efficient use of resources, explores the relationship between the ability to integrate various resources and the entrepreneurial results as well as constructs an entrepreneurial model on the basis of the theory of integrated resources; and then the paper, based on the investigation into cases of the undergraduates´ entrepreneurship in Wuhan, explains and analyzes the function of this model theoretically by taking different key factors that may influence the entrepreneurial results into consideration.
