After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

China is in the heavy and chemical industry development stage, which the chemical industry has become the driving force of economic growth. In recent yeas, added value in chemical industry is sustained and rapid growth, chemical products output increased rapidly. However, this growth pays the cost of environmental pollution. This paper uses statistical analysis and econometrics methods, environmental pollution in the chemical industry are analyzed. The paper reveals that the main factors of the pollution are industrial development, technological progress and investment in pollution control. Based on this conclusion, some environmental regulation policies and other policies are suggested.
