Abstract
The essential oil of Pyrrosia petiolosa was obtained by head-space solid micro-extraction and analyzed by GC-MS for the first time. 41 compounds were detected from the essential oil of P. Petiolosa leaves, representing 95.6%, and were characterized with a high content of 2H-1- benzopyran-2-one (17.85%), followed by 10,14- trimethyl-2-pentadecanone (10.06%), diethyl phthalate (8.67%), 4-(2,6,6-trimethyl-l- cyclohexen- l-yl)-3-buten-2-one ( 4.08%), and pentadecane (4.02%).
