Abstract
In order to evaluate various sizes of cell chips, the multi-scale sensing techniques which can be applied to such various sizes of cell chips are strongly required. We have developed two kinds of multi-scale biosensing techniques which can be applied from 10 mum-1 mm ranges. In this paper, we described the micro-arrayed optical pH sensor systems for cell activity monitoring, and the high resolution two-dimensional SPR imaging affinity sensor system for protein detection
