We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This research is in the context of VMI, focused on a traditional question of one supplier and multiple clients. In order to determine the most appropriate set of travel routes, that is, a joint path, the author will take land transport as the single mode of transport, one supplier provides some clients in one transportation along some routine, establish coordinates, build a model aimed at the minimum total run mileage through a reasonable assumption that the road is parallel to the axis, as well as a conventional thought that horizontal and vertical coordinates have no turning back and will provide a visual display in the coordinate axis.
