After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The “old for new” policy of the household appliances has been put into effect in nine pilot provinces or cities in China. However, China has yet to set up a standardized system of waste household appliance recycling. In this paper, Field interview and panel discussion were used to explore the problems in recycling, disassembling, disposal and distribution of wasted house appliances in the policy of the “old for new” in China. Several practical solutions were proposed based on the current conditions in Chain and the experience of other countries in the recycling industry of home appliances.
