Many topics on the mechanism have been discussed for a long period till now. Researching from the natural mechanism to social mechanism, people constantly realize that the mechanism plays an important role in social and economic activities and making a reasonable mechanical arrangement can gain the institutional target in a more efficient and lower cost way. According the Institutional Economics, this paper analyses the mechanism system in the perspective of the structuralism. The connotation, characteristics, the element and the running mechanism are also analyzed deeply. Through the general research on the mechanism, this paper concluded the common paradigm of the mechanism execution, which is the main component of the mechanism designation.
