Abstract :
Traffic management becomes very important in our society, especially trailer traffic light with camera is used in the emergency traffic management situations. The paper discusses different compression method, and proposes a corresponding multi-layer coding for the video over wireless system. By comparing the experiment results, we explore the solutions as how to build a complete emergency traffic control system.
