The home mortgage loan guarantee system has obtained a rapid expansion in recent years in China. But because started late in China, it encounters many new situations in its developing process to expose some new questions, causes the housing property guarantee enterprises facing from various risks. Based on the evidence fusion theory method, this paper discusses the process of risk appraisal for individual home mortgage guarantee business in detail, which has overcome the limitation of the qualitative merely analysis as well as the characteristic of other risk measuring technique which can only survey a sole risk degree in the beforehand research. In the end, the authors present the value of the method in the application regarding the overall risk forecast for the guarantee business in daily management through a typical example.
