Abstract :
Uniform ZnO flowers were synthesized through a low temperature hydrothermal method. The zinc foils were used as both zinc source and substrates. The morphology of Ga doped ZnO flowers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and the structure was examined by X-ray diffraction patterns. Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer was used to verify the doping of Ga. The growth mechanism is discussed and room temperature photoluminescence property is also investigated.
