    In order to fully play the transportation infrastructure´s function in optimizing resource allocation, paper first analyses the essence of transportation infrastructure; because the root cause by which transportation demand is caused is matter or person generation mobile demands, and the purpose of this movement is to effectively allocating resources, therefore, the root purpose of transportation infrastructure construction lies in efficient allocation of resources. Analyzed from market angle, that the main ways of transportation infrastructure resources allocation are by promoting the development and utilization of natural resources, to improve product transaction efficiency and to optimize productivity layout and industrial structure, so as to promote economic growth and get total social products increased.
