In order to generalize and depict the related context information of the mobile workers´ business process, in this paper, we explore the business process characteristics of a type of mobile worker - the ship maintains and repairs worker. The context ingredients of the mobile workers´ business process are summarized, and the relationships between them are analyzed. Additionally we propose a context meta-model for business process of mobile workers. In the end of the paper an example is given to illustrate the model.
