The urbanization generally plays an important role in whole urbanization process. Based on the specific circumstances of Shaanxi province, this paper analyses the influence factors of the dynamic mechanism. The paper makes the Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis by using Eviews6.0 and SPSS16.0. Results indicate that the growth of the second industrial output holds the important status in the national economy development and Shaanxi Province has to optimize the structure and give priority to the surplus labors. But the dynamic mechanism of urbanization is defective and the market mechanism still has many problems.
