Case teaching is a teaching method that involves students´ making diagnosis and decisions from integrating what they have learned while imitating the real situation so as to enhance their abilities of analyzing and solving problems. This paper, viewed from Commercial English and combined with the author´s teaching practice in Commercial English in recent years, tries to probe the case teaching on its features, procedures and essential problems that should be paid attention to so as to give beneficial enlightenment to College Commercial English teaching in china.
