Abstract :
E-government is a powerful tool for human development and essential to the achievement of the internationally agreed developments goals including the Millennium Development Goals. According to the results of the survey, this article points out the stern reality of current E-government website in China. AHP method is proposed (Analytic Hierarchy Process). AHP is comprised of quantitative and qualitative method to analyze the relative weight of the influential factors to the success of E-government development.
