  • Abstract
    This study describes a methodology of measuring protein titration curve by Si Nanograting FETs (NGFETs). Two proteins were measured with each of the titration curves showing specific characters for identification. The measurements at high ionic concentration were performed to eliminate the effect of SiO2 surface. The intrinsic protein titration curves extracted are consistent with prior researches.
