Enterprises clusters have played an important role in promoting the regional economy. This article has created an indexes system and then analyzed Shaoxing textile enterprises cluster´s competitiveness by comparative method. The basic conclusion is that the competitiveness of Shaoxing textile enterprises cluster is not so strong when compared with the foreign textile clusters. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper then put forward some plausible countermeasures, in order to strengthen Shaoxing textile enterprises cluster´s competitiveness.
