Abstract :
3D FDTD method is implemented in computing the crosstalk of the multi-transmission lines. In this method, the structure is modeled in 3D directly. The distribution parameters of the lines need not be known in advance, which can bring convenience to the model and compute the complex system, such as the inhomogeneous system, etc.
