Abstract
Summary form only given. When all interacting modes are "zero energy modes" the mode energy exchange during nonlinear interaction greatly exceeds "own" energies of modes. In the present report we show that nonlinear coherent structures could appear during the saturation of the modified explosive instability. We indicate here that the nonlinear ITG coupling near threshold under various tokamak plasma parameters give rise to solitons and vortices, which are structure elements of subcritical turbulence. Therewith we take into account two-dimensional inhomogeneity of magnetic tokamak field and the influence of dispersion effects of the fourth order.
