Abstract :
Proposed a new Mobile Streaming System that can support live broadcasts, video on demand an time- shifted base-on Http Live Streaming Protocol, with a cross-platform client, litter constraints of server network, and user accessing media data from web server. Media encoding format is mpeg + mp3 , using m3u8 file format to index and organize the media data.
