In recent years, there have been many studies on the VMI strategies, ordering cost reduction strategy,shipment strategy respectively. In this paper, an integrated model is proposed for a single vendor and multiple different buyers who are simultaneously replenished with goods in one cycle, using the three strategies. Numerical example is provided to illustrate the problem and its results show that the joint total cost per unit time of the supply chain can be substantially saved by three strategies.
