Analyzing the influential factors in using open educational resources

OER(Open Educational Resources)is no longer strange to us. It is developed rapidly and had many achivements. It has attracted a great attention by UNESCO and many countries. The research in OER is deepend gradually. Many scholar have been attracted by OER. In this paper, we will present four aspects of analyzing the influential factors in learner´s using of OER. They are performance factor, difficulty expectation, resource conditions and group influence. There are some ideas for the OER´s future development and construction. These will be a reference to the further research.
